All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars, FOB Irvine, CA. 92614

TERMS
Accounts will receive NET 30 terms upon credit approval. Allow 2-3 weeks for new credit applications. Accounts without credit approval will be shipped strictly on a prepaid basis (please add 10% o9f total order for freight and handling) or by charging to your Visa. Master card, Discover or American Express.

MINIMUM ORDER
Our minimum order is $200.00. Our minimum reorder is $100.00. Reorders for less than the minimum will be assessed a $10.00 minimum order fee.

SHIPPING
Orders are normally shipped via UPS or Fed ex ground unless otherwise directed. Christhomas' goal is to ship your order within 3-5 business days. However, during holidays this may not always be possible.

PRODUCT CLAIMS
All product claims for damage or shortage must be reported to Christhomas within 10 days from receipt of the order. If a shipping container is visibly damaged, file an immediate claim with the carrier and retain the container and its contents for inspection. We will replace or repair any item found broken due to concealed damage, provided it is reported within 10 day period.
